We are reaching out with an equity investment opportunity in Kelvin’s $6M+ Series A+, $4M of which will be equity and $2M+ of which will be debt.

$3.3M of the equity is already spoken for (The Schmidt Family Foundation, Partnership Fund for NYC, the Rudin Family, and 2150) so we need to move quickly.

Kelvin is a smart heating system specifically designed for older, radiator-based apartment buildings. For building owners, it dramatically cuts the fuel and operating costs from chronic overheating. For tenants, it significantly improves living comfort by eliminating the “windows open in the winter” problem and giving each apartment fine-tuned control of temperature.

We will be hosting a webinar with Kelvin’s Founder and CEO, Dr. Marshall Cox, on Wednesday, 03/04, at 12pm ET, and the investment will close on Monday, 03/16, at 5pm ET. We will circulate the investment link after the webinar. Marshall graduated from Cornell in 2004 with an M.S. in Material Science and Engineering.

The minimum investment is $1000 and the maximum investment is $100,000.
