Quick update this month:

2025 By The Numbers

The RBV community grew from ~1000 to ~5000
320 companies screened
6 investments closed (Pacific Fusion, Adro, Tough Day, Mustard, Kanvas, Biotia)
1 exit (Adro - acquired by Snowball)

Building the Community

One of our top 2026 priorities is to build the community to 20,000 members. To hit this goal, we need your help! Please forward this email to 5-10 fellow Cornellians and encourage them to join the community at www.redbear.vc.  As you know, there is no requirement or pressure to invest - just a way to stay close to what Cornellians are building and support founders if it’s a fit.

Pacific Fusion News

RBV’s first investment was in a commercial fusion energy company called Pacific Fusion. The company continues to execute well against its milestones and has selected New Mexico as the location for its $1BN research and manufacturing campus. You can learn more about the company here.
